Peach PRC Giveaway Wednesday Island Competition Terms and Conditions

COMPLETE THE COMPETITION ENTRY FORM FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN 2X GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS TO WEDNESDAY ISLAND. WEDNESDAY ISLAND IS AN IMMERSIVE FAN EVENT TAKING PLACE ON 16 AUGUST 2025 IN SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA TO CELEBRATE THE LAUNCH OF SEASON 2 OF “WEDNESDAY”.

  1. Terms and Conditions. How to enter and participate in the “Peach PRC Giveaway Wednesday Island Competition” (“Competition”) and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

 

  1. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 16 years or above. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental or legal guardian approval to enter the Competition on these Terms and Conditions, including consent to the filming permissions provided in Paragraph 10. Employees, officers and directors of Promoter, Peach PRC Entertainment Pty Ltd, Universal Music Australia Pty Ltd t/as Bring Agency and its affiliates, partners and agencies are not eligible to enter. 

 

  1. Promotional Period. The promotional period commences at 00:00 (AEST) on 5 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 9 August 2025 (“Promotional Period”).  

 

  1. How to Enter. To enter, visit https://www.wednesdayisland.com.au/ (“Website”), complete the Competition entry form and answer in 25 words or less, “If Wednesday wrote a song with Peach PRC, what would it be called?". Only entries submitted during the Promotional Period will be valid. Entries that are incomprehensible, incomplete or which otherwise violate these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the entry instructions on the Website and will not be accepted in any other form. A limit of one (1) entry per person applies.

 

  1. Winners & Judging Criteria. A total of 30 winners will be selected based on the following criteria: the most creative and original answers. The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Promoter reserves the right to verify the age, residential address and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Competition.

 

  1. Prize Details. Each winner will receive 2x general admission (GA) tickets for the Prize Winner and their nominated companion, to Wednesday Island in Sydney, Australia on 16 August 2025, including return boat transportation from the designated departure zone located in the Sydney CBD to Wednesday Island (note: IDs will be checked prior to boarding the boat) and one (1) food and one (1) beverage token per person for use on Wednesday Island. The Prize does not include anything that is not detailed above (e.g. flights, accommodation, ground transportation, spending money). Promoter makes no representations or warranties about the attendance at the event of any individuals, including talent. Event tickets are only valid for the date specified and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. The winner is responsible for ensuring that their companion complies with all terms relating to the prize. 

  2. Prize Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by email (which will include a QR code for event entry) on or before 12 August 2025. Winners must notify Promoter immediately if they are no longer able to attend Wednesday Island for whatever reason. Promoter reserves the right to verify any information relevant to participation in this Competition, including for event entry.

  3. Prize Acceptance. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Promoter will take reasonable care to ensure that the prize is as described in these Terms and Conditions. However, subject to Paragraph 12, Promoter reserves the right to substitute a reasonable equivalent of like value if any part of the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever and winners agree that no liability shall attach to Promoter (or any of its affiliates) as a result of any such substitution. 

  4. Companions. Entrants must specify the name of the companion that will accompany them to Wednesday Island in the entry form. For any entrants and/or companions under 18, the accompanying party to Wednesday Island must be their parent or legal guardian. 

  5. Filming Permission & Promotion. Winners and their nominated companions may be filmed and/or otherwise recorded on Wednesday Island and acknowledge and agree that their name, likeness and voice may be used in  footage or other materials resulting from such filming which may be used to promote the Competition, Promoter and/or its content. Winners may be invited to take part in other promotional activities conducted by Promoter after or in connection with the Competition. If a prize winner invites and brings a companion to Wednesday Island, the prize winner represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions from such companion to grant Promoter the same rights described herein with respect to that companion’s name, likeness and voice. 

 

  1. Technical Issues & Failed Entries. Promoter, its affiliates, partners and agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorised human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information, including phone numbers, and/or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Competition.

 

  1. Modification, Cancellation & Disqualification. Promoter reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion, (to the maximum extent permitted by law) to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Competition (including any part thereof) including, without limitation, should (in its sole discretion) any virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Competition. Promoter is not responsible if the Competition cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to events or reasons beyond the reasonable control of Promoter. If the Wednesday Island event is cancelled for any reasons whatsoever, the Competition will be automatically cancelled and, to the extent permitted by law, no prize substitution will be provided to any winners and no liability shall attach to Promoter (or any of its affiliates) as a result of any such cancellation. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an invalid entry. 

 

  1. Use of Data. Personal information supplied will be used in accordance with Promoter’s privacy statement (https://help.netflix.com/legal/privacy) by Promoter, its relevant affiliates and agents for the purpose of fulfilling the prize. By participating, entrants agree to Promoter’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Promoter's privacy statement. Participants can request access to personal information, or correct or update out-of-date or inaccurate personal information, Promoter holds about them by contacting experience@netflix.com. Promoter (or its relevant affiliate) will respond to all requests received from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable laws.
